| Tecstra Systems - Map and Driving Instructions to Offices |

| Tecstra Systems is located in Austin, Minnesota and is
easily accessible when traveling into the city from Interstate 90 either
east or west. |

| If arriving on Interstate 90 from the west side of Austin,
the travel distance will be approximately 2.3 miles from Exit 175 to
the Tecstra office. Instructions are as follows: |
|
- Exit Interstate 90 at the Oakland Road/Avenue - Exit 175. Turn right
onto Oakland Avenue and drive heading east.
- Oakland Avenue splits into a one-way avenue at the first stop light
moving eastward traffic onto 1st Avenue SW. Continue driving east on
1st Avenue SW until reaching Main Street - approximately 1.3 miles
from Interstate 90.
- Turn left or north onto Main Street for one block where you will
approach Oakland Avenue. The Tecstra parking lot is the corner parking
lot across Oakland Avenue and to the right of Main Street.
- After crossing Oakland Avenue, turn right into the lot and select
any open parking spot.
- Tecstra Systems is located in a brick office building on the east
side of the parking lot.

| If arriving on Interstate 90 from the east side of Austin, the travel
distance will be approximately 1.9 miles from Exit 180A to the Tecstra
office. Instructions are as follows: |
|
- Exit Interstate 90 at Oakland Place - Exit 180A.
- Continue on Oakland Avenue as it moves toward the downtown area of
Austin.
- After traveling approximately 1.8 miles crossing over 1st Street,
the Tecstra office building is visible in the middle of the block on
the north side of Oakland Avenue, adjacent to our parking lot, also
on the north side.
- Turn right or north onto Main Street and then immediately turn right
again, into the Tecstra parking lot located on the corner of Oakland
Avenue and Main Street and select any open parking spot.
- Tecstra Systems is located in a brick office building on the east
side of the parking lot.
